One challenge I’ve been facing is eating junk food more often than I’d like. I tend to choose whatever is most convenient, even when I know it’s unhealthy. The problem isn’t just that junk food doesn’t nourish my body, but how it makes me feel afterward. After indulging in a heavy, greasy meal, I often feel sluggish, tired, and guilty.
